In 2013, the European Commission conducted a public consultation as part of the review process of the European Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. The results have been released last week, and can be found here.
The results of the consultation are meant to feed the agenda for the coming forum on CSR which will take place on the 3rd and 4th February 2015. The draft program currently includes sessions on access to justice, due diligence, supply chain management and the implementation of the UNGPs. You can find more information on this event here.
As the main civil society network involved in this debate we will continue provide inputs and will coordinate a joint position ahead this event. More information to come in January.
You can also find a report gathering Member States action on CSR – this is building on a peer review that took place between 2013 and 2014. You can find the report here.
